Cowed by evidence

Animal cruelty charges against a Pennsylvania police officer were dropped in a case in which a cop stuck his junk on the mouths of several calves in order to be serviced. The decision hinged on whether such an act is cruel to the animal or simply befuddling for it. "If the cow had the cognitive ability to form thought and speak, would it say, 'Where's the milk? I'm not getting any milk,' " the judge said. Prosecutors complained that a video of hot-guy-on-cow would have made their case, had they been allowed to show it. "It's a crime against nature," the prosecutor said. Leave a comment
